Community Park Website and Membership Platform for Faith Walk

A Free Community Park in Coeur d’Alene

Faith Walk Community Fitness Park is a nine-acre free community park in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, built by the Pinkerton family as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The walking trail, fitness stations, waterfall prayer garden and dog walk are open to everyone at no charge, seven days a week.

Alongside the free amenities, the park offers reservable spaces for weddings, ceremonies, church events, tournaments and family gatherings, including park and event venue rentals in Coeur d’Alene across the Cathedral Pavilion, soccer field, volleyball courts and prayer garden.

A Custom Membership and Booking Platform

Roundbox Creative designed and built the WordPress website and the platform running behind it, in collaboration with Blue541.

The park needed more than a brochure site. Supporters join as Friends of the Park across a twelve-tier stewardship program spanning family, church, business and premier levels, and each tier carries its own annual credit allotment and booking privileges. Roundbox built a custom plugin that runs the whole economy: a credit wallet on each member account, a credits-first checkout that applies credits, then the member’s tier discount, then any remaining balance, and a live price breakdown inside the booking screen so a member sees exactly what a reservation will cost before confirming.

Every facility has its own reservation calendar with its own hours, pricing and rules, plus public availability calendars so visitors can see what is open without signing in. Staff work the park through a custom back-office role that gives them approvals, bookings and reporting without handing over the keys to the site.

Ongoing Search Engine Optimization

Roundbox runs monthly search engine optimization for the park, covering local search across Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho, structured data for the park and every amenity, and the commercial rental searches that fill the calendar.
