Garco Construction

Commercial Construction Across the Pacific Northwest

Garco Construction is an ENR Top 400 commercial general contractor headquartered in Spokane, with a Federal Way office serving the greater Seattle market and projects across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. The firm self-performs across preconstruction, design-build, construction management, civil and public works.

Garco designed the site in house. Roundbox Creative built it, and has supported it ever since as a long-running partner covering commercial construction in the greater Seattle area alongside the firm’s Spokane home market.

An Employee Portal With a Company Store

Beyond the public marketing site, Roundbox built and maintains the Garco Gazette, a private employee intranet gated to staff logins. It carries company news, announcements and internal resources, plus a full company store where employees redeem earned credits for Garco apparel and gear.

Ongoing Support, Hosting and Marketing

Roundbox provides managed hosting, security, maintenance and day-to-day support across both installs, along with monthly search engine optimization and Google Business Profile management for the Spokane and Federal Way locations.

Roundbox has also run recruitment advertising campaigns for Garco across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook, targeting skilled trades and project staff hiring in a competitive construction labor market.
