SEO Strategy and Implementation
Roundbox Creative developed a comprehensive SEO strategy for With Purpose LLC focused on improving visibility for key service areas and geographic targets. The approach included:
Keyword Research and Targeting: Identified high-intent keywords related to business consulting, leadership coaching, and executive training in Florida markets beyond existing branded terms.
On-Page Optimization: Optimized title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content structure across service pages to improve relevance signals for target keywords.
Technical SEO: Addressed site speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and crawlability issues to ensure search engines could properly index and rank the site.
Content Strategy: Developed a plan for ongoing content that demonstrates expertise and targets relevant long-tail keywords in the business consulting space.
Lead Generation: Business Health Assessment
Beyond SEO, we developed an interactive Business Health Assessment tool to convert organic traffic into qualified leads. The assessment asks 10 questions covering goals, processes, risks, and action readiness—then delivers personalized insights based on the visitor’s score.
Features implemented:
- Multi-step Forminator quiz with conditional scoring (Low/Moderate/High results)
- A/B/C rotating popup messaging to test engagement
- GA4 event tracking for form submissions and button clicks
- Branded email templates for both user results and admin notifications
- Strategic placement on homepage with “Business Checkup” CTA
The tool gives visitors immediate value while capturing lead information for follow-up—turning passive readers into engaged prospects.
Content Strategy: Weekly Blog Publishing
A key component of the SEO strategy is consistent, optimized blog content. We work with the With Purpose team to publish weekly articles targeting relevant long-tail keywords while demonstrating expertise in business consulting topics.
Recent articles include:
- Navigating Family Dynamics in Business: Leading at Work and at Home
- Purpose and Profit: Why You Don’t Have to Choose
- Don’t Take Your Foot Off the Gas: Why Q4 Matters More Than Ever
- Strategic Planning 2026: Building Vision and Action
Each article is optimized with H2 structure, internal links to key pages, meta descriptions, and geographic targeting for Orlando and Phoenix markets.
Technical SEO & Performance
GA4 Tracking Resolution: Identified and resolved an issue where Hummingbird’s “Delay JavaScript” feature was preventing GA4 from firing. Implemented Code Snippets exclusions to ensure accurate analytics data.
Performance Optimization: Enabled page caching and browser caching, achieving a performance score of 97. Site loads under 1 second on staging tests.
Security Hardening: Configured Defender geo-blocking to reduce bot traffic from high-spam regions, improving data accuracy and server performance.
Baseline Performance (Pre-Optimization)

Note: Baseline rankings were dominated by branded searches. Non-branded keywords like “business consultant Orlando” were not yet ranking.
Google Analytics – Organic Traffic (3-Month Baseline)
| Metric | Baseline Value |

Google Analytics – Tracking Note
During the initial campaign period, we discovered that Hummingbird’s “Delay JavaScript” feature was preventing GA4 from firing properly—causing significant underreporting of traffic and engagement metrics. This issue was identified and resolved on January 9, 2026, with Code Snippets exclusions implemented to ensure accurate tracking going forward.
Due to this tracking gap, GA4 data from mid-December through early January is incomplete. WPMU DEV’s built-in analytics (which uses separate tracking) provides a more accurate picture of site performance during this period:
WPMU Analytics – Site Performance (Post-Campaign)
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Total Pageviews | 1,278 |
| Unique Pageviews | 755 |
| Avg. Time on Page | 5:03 |
| Entrances | 376 |
Top Pages by Traffic
| Page | Pageviews | Avg. Time | Bounce Rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Homepage | 452 | 1:33 | 48% |
| Business Assessment | 127 | 1:53 | 23% |
| About Us | 98 | 0:51 | 81% |
| Contact Us | 82 | 0:36 | 50% |
| Podcast | 74 | 1:31 | 88% |
What the Numbers Mean
The 69% increase in daily search impressions shows the site is appearing in significantly more search results—a strong indicator that keyword targeting is working. The temporary dip in average position (8.4 → 12.1) is expected when a site begins ranking for new, more competitive non-branded keywords.
While GA4 data was impacted by a JavaScript tracking issue during the first month (now resolved), WPMU Analytics confirms consistent traffic growth since mid-December. The Business Assessment page launching as the #2 page on the site—with a 23% bounce rate—demonstrates that the lead generation strategy is gaining traction.
As GA4 tracking normalizes and content matures, we expect clearer month-over-month comparisons in future updates.
Why SEO Matters for Professional Service Firms
Business consultants, coaches, and professional service providers often rely on referrals and networking for new clients. However, a strong organic search presence extends reach beyond existing networks—connecting firms with business owners actively searching for help with the exact challenges they solve.
For firms like With Purpose LLC, ranking for terms like “business consultant Orlando” or “leadership coaching Florida” means appearing at the moment potential clients are ready to take action.
